Refund Policy

At Phoenix Athletics, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all athletes and families. Due to the nature of our programs, the following refund policy applies:

Registration & Tryout Fees

All registration and tryout fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative costs and evaluation time.

Program Fees

Program fees are non-refundable once the season begins. By committing to Phoenix Athletics, you are reserving your athlete’s spot on a team.

Uniforms & Merchandise

All uniform packages and custom items are final sale and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for each athlete.

Withdrawals

If an athlete chooses to withdraw after registration:

  • Any payments already made are non-refundable

  • Remaining balances may still be required depending on timing and commitments made

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Medical situations (with documentation)

  • Relocation

Cancellations by Phoenix Athletics

If a program or team is canceled by Phoenix Athletics, a refund or credit will be provided.
